  • Handcrafted products may contain minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, stone placement, measurements, or finish.

  • Such natural or handcrafted variations are not considered defects.

  • Product images may include styling elements or props that are not included unless specifically mentioned.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be shown before checkout wherever applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, and availability without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order already confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after successful payment verification and confirmation by House of Arkaee.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect product or pricing information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity

  • Payment failure

  • An incomplete or undeliverable address

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms and policies.

House of Arkaee is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or payment-network providers.

6. No Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot normally be modified or cancelled. Please verify the product, quantity, size, delivery address, and contact details before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may try to assist before dispatch, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, location restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.

8. No Returns and No Refunds

All purchases from House of Arkaee are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings

  • Minor handcrafted variations

  • Incorrect product, size, or quantity selected by the customer

  • Refused delivery or an incorrect/incomplete address

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after use

A limited resolution may be offered only where a product is received damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed order, or where otherwise required under applicable law. Such claims are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including photographs, graphics, text, product designs, branding, logos, videos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to House of Arkaee.
